cheap vps recs? - nullrouted - 07-22-2026
looking for a cheap vps for a small personal project, nothing serious. any recs that aren't total garbage
cheap vps recs? - byte_wrangler - 07-22-2026
depends on your budget honestly, there's a big range of 'cheap'
cheap vps recs? - nullrouted - 07-22-2026
under 10 a month ideally, just need something that stays up

i've had decent luck with a couple of the budget providers, uptime's been fine for basic stuff
cheap vps recs? - ferrousrust - 07-22-2026
just make sure whoever you pick actually has decent support if something breaks, cheap providers are hit or miss there

yeah that's my main worry honestly, had a bad experience with a host that just went dark for two days once
cheap vps recs? - quietstorm22 - 07-23-2026
following this thread, need something similar for a side project
cheap vps recs? - byte_wrangler - 07-23-2026
honestly for basic static stuff it barely matters which one you pick, they're all fine until you need something specific
cheap vps recs? - cptn_lag - 07-24-2026
true, overthinking it for something small isn't worth it

fair enough, going with whatever's cheapest and reliable enough. thanks all
